As over 600 people have already registered for the conference and we have reached the venue's capacity, we have opened a waiting list for registration to the conference. Please note that this waiting list registration does not guarantee you a place at the conference. We will send you a confirmation e-mail whenever a spot becomes available!

Please note that when registering to the waiting list, some events are not available to choose anymore (workshops, courses, tours, excursions, social events).

We have cancelled the online registration late fees and changed them back to early fees! If we are unable to fit you in the venues, internet will not run out and you are welcome as an online participant!

EXCURSIONS

If you can make a select for tours/excursions during the registration process, you are welcome to make a registration for these. If these are full, selection will automatically close.
Please note that the tours take place when the minimum number of participants is reached. 

We have included one-day and half-day excursions in the attendance fee because we consider them an important part of the conference program allowing you to discuss restoration opportunities directly on sites. We strongly encourage everybody to take part in both one-day and half-day excursions.

ACCOMPANYING PERSON

Accompanying person can only take part of social events. If he/she would like to take part of the conference also, please register them as a regular participant!

If your accompanying person would like to take part in the long pre-conference excursion on August 23-25 (350€ per person), a full-day tour on August 26 or August 31 (40€ per person) or a half-day tour on August 28 (20€ per person), please write to info@sere2024.org and we will let you know if we have available spaces left for the selected tours.

DIETARY PREFERENCES

If you have any preferences regarding the food that is served at the conference, you are welcome to let us know here.
Please note that this preference will apply to the whole event and can not be changed.

We make sure that the catering throughout the conference is sustainable, most options being vegetarian. In case meat or fish are served, they comply with the sustainable food guide prepared by the Estonian Fund for Nature - the "food traffic light" system. Read more about it here.
